Rodeo Run 10K
Before Start:
walked about a mile to start line from car
Jogged 10 minutes, light stretching, water
Ran 10K race in 56:30.(9:05-9:10 pace) No my best. Not even close. Humid and 70 degrees at start.
Ok though, not worried, it's all about fitness and movement
next race is on 3/12, another 1ok, should be better.
