Wednesday 8-13

Wednesday
AM:
Ran 4 miles with group( 1 slow, 3 at medium effort)
Slow jog after run for approx.10 minutes
Core, situps, pushups, stretching
Had a healthy smoothie(fresh strawberries and blueberries), with no added sugar and nonfat yogurt
Lots of water.
PM:
Weights/Strength training-20 minutes

running 10 miles, 20 miles - that's perfectly reasonable.
doing a full workout, cooling down, having breakfast, and posting your blog all before 7 am - whoa, that's crazy! :)
