Thursday AM: even more tired! wha the f* is goign on? Seriously considering changing entire workout routine for he monthof April and hoping that I'm refreshed by beginning of summer. PM: felt much better. ran 3 miles easy recovery effort. beautiful weather was encouraging

Sunday Ran Angie's Half marathon in clear lake. aweful humidity- 90% at start with 75 degree weather. finished in 2:17, way off what I wanted. Not my day at all. Just counted it as another long run. tmp at finish in low 80s. I was cooked. Stretched, recovered, and a 15 min ice bath. moving on
