Ran 2 miles warm up
Speed intervals with group:
800m, 3 in rest, 400m, 2 min rest, 2x200 with 1 min rest. Followed by 6 min rest, repeat for total of 3 sets. BIG effort. 800s were tougher each set.
800m( 3:38, 3:40, 3:41)
400m( 1:43, 1:45, 1:45)
200m( 51, 49, 47, 46, 46, 44).

Ran 2 miles warm down.
Tough one today. 7 miles in total, a hard 7 miles.
