Ran Houston marathon in 5:00 hours exactly. A disappointment after 4:39 in January of 2010 and 4:23 in NY marathon in Nov.2010. Getting over it and moving on.
Humidity was high, temps in the mid 60s and got up to 70 with some rain. Legs felt trashed from 10k point. Not sure what happened, trained well, tapered well, and hydrated well before.

moving on, going back to focus on fitness and more weight loss. Need more lean mass and more consistent eating habits
