Stretching, situps, pushups
PM:
Circuit training:biceps, tricpes,chest,back(15 minutes)
Ran 3 miles(33:45 minutes)
walked 20 minutes

Man, where do you get the time for this...wait till you're married and love to come home and spend time with family...so YES do it now...because if you want to have time to speak to your wife and kids...you won't be doing this stuff...you wont have time...oh, almost forget...and don't play doctor
