Core, biceps, push-ups, plus stretching
PM:
Ran 4 miles:
  • 2 miles fast(compared to the norm)
  • 2 miles slow
  • 10 minute walk

just take care of your knees, back and hips...losing weight will help, but running might not...though I am envious...
